Qualifications

• DPT required and CA license or eligibility for a PT license permit with licensure to follow.
• Experience treating orthopedic and sports-related conditions.
• Experience evaluating and rehabilitating overhead athletes.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills with patients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports-related injuries, with emphasis on shoulder, elbow, and overhead athlete rehab.
• Build individualized rehab and return-to-sport programs for baseball players and throwing athletes.
• Apply biomechanics, kinetic chain function, progressive loading, and strength development.
• Use objective performance testing to guide clinical decisions.
• Progress patients to advanced movement, strength, power, and sport-specific work.
• Collaborate with performance coaches, clinicians, and partners on athlete development.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, performance, and resilience.
• Deliver care to general active populations including post-surgical and orthopedic patients.
