Are you a skilled and dedicated Sports Physical Therapist with a passion for helping athletes and individuals recover from orthopedic injuries and enhance their performance? We are expanding our sports medicine team and seeking a motivated and dynamic team member to join us in providing exceptional care to our clients.

About Us:

Sterling SMPT is a concierge sports, orthopedics physical therapy practice in Suwanee, GA. We treat one on one for an hour with each client. Our focus is on helping our clients achieve their optimal physical health and athletic goals. We work with a very active, athletic population and focus on bridging the gap for our athletes from the clinic to the field or court.

Position: Sports Physical Therapist

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of sports-related injuries and orthopedic conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and rehabilitation programs for athletes and patients.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to aid in recovery.
• Monitor and track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
• Provide education and guidance to patients on injury prevention and performance enhancement.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Specialization or certification in Sports Physical Therapy or Orthopedics is a plus.
• Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of sports-related injuries and orthopedic conditions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for working with athletes and individuals pursuing active lifestyles.
