• Assist with the design, development, and implementation of Sport Performance programs.
• Assist with performance testing of student-athletes.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records.
• Clean, maintain, and organize the weight room facility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Under the general direction of the Department of Athletics, Saint Louis University is seeking a full‑time Sports Performance intern who will assist in the day‑to‑day operations of the Sports Performance Department, including but not limited to administrative duties, facility upkeep, program design, and program implementation.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with the design, development, and implementation of Sport Performance programs for assigned intercollegiate athletic sport teams.
• Assist with performance testing of student‑athletes.
• Required to keep accurate and up‑to‑date records.
• Assist with cleaning, maintaining, and organizing the weight room facility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Excellent communication skills required for working with diverse groups.
• Strong written communication skills; excellent organizational skills with accuracy and attention to detail.

Minimum Qualifications
