Job summary

The Kraft Group, supporting the New England Revolution in Foxborough, MA, seeks a Sports Performance Associate to aid on-field performance operations, conditioning programming, and athlete monitoring. You will work with the Academy Sports Performance Coach and medical staff to promote athlete development and optimize performance.

Responsibilities include wellness monitoring, designing activation protocols, collecting performance data, and assisting return-to-play processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or related field.
2–4 years of related experience in sports performance.
Experience designing training reports using Excel or Tableau.
Experience with Catapult GPS and Vald Testing is preferred.
Knowledge of strength training, injury prevention and conditioning.

Responsibilities

Assist in monitoring player wellness, training load, match demands and conditioning programs.
Support daily warm-up activities with the Sports Performance Coach and staff.
Collaborate on individualized activation protocols and post-training strength sessions.
Design and implement training programs under supervision and modify for injured players.
Test and evaluate performance and create reports for coaches and players.
Collect and analyze performance data sets including readiness and fatigue.
Support staff in advising athletes on nutrition and conditioning strategies.
Comply with MLS medical policies and attend performance meetings.
Assist with special projects as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information per policies.
Travel within Massachusetts on weekends with some out-of-state opportunities.
