Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or related field.
• 2–4 years of related experience.
• Soccer experience required.
• Experience designing training reports using Excel or Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor player wellness, training load, match demands and strength and conditioning programs.
• Support daily warm-up activities.
• Design and administer individualized activation protocols and post-training strength sessions.
• Design and implement on-field and gym-based training programs.
• Collaborate with sports medicine to modify training for injured players.
• Test and report on players' physical performance for coaches.
