Job summary

Rocky Mountain Spine and Sport in Colorado is seeking skilled Physical Therapists for outpatient orthopedic care. The role welcomes full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules with strong mentorship and a clear growth path within Upstream Rehabilitation.

You will develop individualized, evidence-based care plans, deliver high-quality therapy, collaborate with a values-driven team, and build lasting connections with patients and local providers.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
• Mentorship and onboarding support for new grads.
