Shift: Monday-Friday, 10am-7pm

Community Served: Sports/Ortho Physical Therapy Patients in Central Florida

Location: 9975 Tavistock Lakes Blvd Suite 140, Orlando, FL 32827, with travel to a new clinic at 13887 Narcoossee Rd

Role Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive outpatient physical therapy services to diverse age groups, utilizing evidence-based practices, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to promote patient healing and wellness.

Team Contributions:

• Promote evidence-based care and ongoing professional development
• Build referral relationships through physician outreach and community engagement
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans, including making referrals when necessary
• Perform Direct Access Physical Therapy as permitted by state law

Qualifications:

• Licensed in Florida as a Physical Therapist or hold a Temporary Permit
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Preferred Experience:

• Previous outpatient clinical rotations or experience
