Schedule: Full Time - 40 hours
Shift: Monday - Thursday 10am-7pm and Friday 9am-6pm. No weekends, no holidays!

The role you’ll contribute:
As a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting, you will provide professional direct and indirect services to specific age groups in the outpatient rehabilitation settings. You will utilize process improvement in achieving the goals of the Sports Med and Rehab Department. You will accept the responsibility to practice autonomously and collaboratively in all practice environments to provide best practice to the patient/client.

- Engages in promoting evidence-based standards of care and lifelong learning through participation in research, journal club/reviews, teaching/mentoring, and/or clinical practice education.
- Regularly participates in marketing to physicians/physician practices to build referral relationships.
- Determines Physical Therapy Diagnosis and establishes plan of care.
- Eligible to perform Direct Access Physical Therapy in OP setting.
- Designs and implements a treatment plan of care utilizing practice standards and recommended techniques.
Qualifications:
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
- Licensed in the State of Florida as a Physical Therapist, or Temporary State of Florida permit as Physical Therapist
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience or clinical rotations in an outpatient setting
