Job summary

Dollamur is seeking a Production Associate for the 2nd shift in Fort Worth, TX to help manufacture sport mats for wrestling, UFC, judo and gymnastics. You’ll join a team and work toward daily production goals while following safety SOPs and quality standards.

No prior experience is required, and the role offers a 4-day workweek (Mon-Thu) with a 3pm start, typically 10-hour shifts. There is bonus potential and opportunities for advancement within a growth-focused company.

Sport Mat Production Associate - 2nd Shift

We are currently hiring for

PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE - (2nd Shift) - $16.50, no experience required (fast advancement opportunities!) with bonus potential.

4-Day Workweek (40 hours) - Monday -Thursday, 3pm start, average 10-hour workdays

This role works in a team environment to produce high-quality sport surface products achieving daily production goals by meeting safety requirements and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Self-starter able to work in a team environment.


• Willing to work overtime and/or some weekends as required.


• Experience working in a manufacturing environment, in a building that is not air-conditioned is a plus.


• Must be able to work on your feet, bend, stoop, and lift consistently for all scheduled hours.


• Must be able to manipulate and move material weighing up to 100 lbs. either rolling, lifting or using hand cart.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND CONDITIONS:

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
