We are seeking a dedicated Massage Therapist to provide various massage therapy services and treatments that complement fitness programs, enhance overall well-being, and improve the guest experience. The role involves building relationships with other departments, educating clients on benefits, and designing personalized sessions based on guests' needs.

Responsibilities

1. Greet and serve members professionally and courteously.
2. Provide personalized massage therapy services that meet client needs and expectations.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
4. Educate clients on our products, services, and treatments.
5. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the spa area.
6. Utilize expertise in muscle and body analysis to recommend maintenance regimens.
7. Promote and sell massage services, encouraging repeat visits.
8. Stay current with certifications and industry trends.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Massage Therapy License.
• Ability to perform all types of massage therapy services.
• Knowledge of basic PC operations.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, lift, and move up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional massage experience.
• Knowledge of body treatments.
• Experience with Salon Biz software.
