£13.91 per hour plus monthly service charge, typically £2,400 annually

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest experience through delivery of the treatments to our guests
• As a Sports Massage Therapist you will perform various treatments that enhance the health and wellbeing of our guests, including hands-on manipulation and other soft tissue treatments
• Work as part of a team, ensuring guest satisfaction, delivering an outstanding service to all guests.
• Undertake reception and administration duties if required
• Ensure that all safety precautions and spa rules are observed by team members, members and spa clients to ensure safety is maintained at all times whilst using the spa
• Ensure that sales tools are effectively utilised at all times to maximise the sales process
• Follow all of the spa standards and protocols
• Be knowledgeable on all products used in the Three Graces Spa to utilise all opportunities to promote and upsell products to Spa guests
• Ensure guest satisfaction, delivering an outstanding service to all guests
• Be brand ambassador for our product houses, offering retail and homecare advice to all guests
