Meridial is seeking a Market Curation Editor for Sports to join our Product Data Operations team, supporting a beta social-predictions app. You’ll serve as the human judgment layer atop an automated pipeline, deciding which markets go live, sharpening those near-fit, and catching ones the system misses.

You’ll review daily queues, verify accuracy and adjudicability, confirm timing and settlements, and ensure alignment with community guidelines. Flexible, remote work is available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sports trading, data operations, journalism or editorial work.
• Current, deep knowledge of professional and collegiate sports across major leagues.
• Ability to interpret official sources quickly and apply rules accurately.

Responsibilities

• Review daily system-generated sports markets against fixed deadlines.
• Assess markets for factual accuracy and adjudicability against authoritative sources.
• Verify timing, settlements, and event-specific conventions.
• Ensure alignment with policy guidelines and escalate ambiguities.
• Edit, approve, or reject markets with precise, structured reasons.
