Job summary

United States Bowling Congress (USBC) offers a paid 100-day Sports Management Development training program. The Sports Management Associate role provides hands-on experience across departments such as Finance, Marketing, and IT, with opportunities to work on projects and learn through workshops.

Ideal candidates are self-driven, eager to develop a career in sports administration, and willing to participate in a potential domestic assignment with USBC events.

Qualifications

• Business degree or relevant experience required.
• Interest in working for a sports organization.
• Must pass the RVP program and maintain a "Green Light" status.
• Must adhere to the USBC Registered Volunteer Program Code of Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Observe and learn from experienced staff.
• Complete assigned tasks and assist with day-to-day operations.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
• Build business relationships inside and outside the organization.
• Train with departments across the organization.
• Perform related duties and projects as assigned.
