Position Summary:

Under the supervision of the Regional Sports Director, the Sports Instructor will teach assigned sports classes for all age groups, from preschool to adults, ensuring high-quality program delivery in accordance with organizational standards.

Essential Functions:

• Obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 90 days of hire.
• Demonstrate and explain basic sports skills effectively.
• Adapt teaching methods to the learning level of each class.
• Prepare the teaching area with necessary equipment and ensure proper storage after classes.
• Work with individuals and groups to correct faults, boost self-image, and enhance skills.
• Maintain accurate attendance records.
• Follow the designated curriculum to meet program standards and ensure progression.
