Job Summary

The Sports Instructor is a hands-on position that leads athletes and provides expert instruction in their designated sport. The instructor is responsible for delivering the i9 Sports Experience and fostering a positive youth sports culture.

Responsibilities

1. Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
2. Teach and demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values.
3. Communicate game day information to players and parents using established platforms.
4. Demonstrate a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.

Qualifications

1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge.
3. Highly motivated self-starter; able to work independently.
4. Availability to work on weekends for the full season (approximately 7 weeks).
