Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking (up to 4 hours).
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively approach to understand needs and support shopping experience.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards and follow floor sets, signage, and price changes.
• Promote company programs (loyalty, warranty, private label credit card enrollment).
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
