Job summary

ABM Industries Inc. is seeking a Sports Field Manager in Miami to lead the maintenance and operations of athletic fields and surrounding grounds. This hands-on leadership role oversees field upkeep, scheduling, site safety, and vendor coordination to keep facilities in top condition.

The position requires managing a team of grounds staff, coordinating with coaches and facility managers, and delivering dependable playing surfaces and consistent turf quality year-round.

Job description

Position Summary: The Sports Field Manager oversees the maintenance and operations of athletic fields and surrounding grounds. This is a hands-on Manager role is responsible for field upkeep, staff management, and ensuring high-quality playing conditions.

Compensation: $80,000 annual salary (US Dollars)
