Top Tier USA is seeking former athletes to take their discipline to a sales career where performance is rewarded. You trained, competed, and know how to win—now apply that edge to a fast-paced role with growth opportunities and travel.

In this position you will represent our client through short-cycle, face-to-face sales, help businesses and consumers solve real problems, and master our proven sales process while meeting daily to monthly KPIs and advancing leadership tracks.

• Background in competitive sports (collegiate, semi-pro, or high-level individual sports).
• Coachable, ambitious, and ready to grind.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Represent our client through our short-cycle, face-to-face sales program.
• Help small businesses & consumers solve real problems.
• Master and execute our proven sales process.
• Deliver exceptional results in both sales volume and quality.
• Manage customer onboarding and retention in your territory.
• Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
• Work with senior leaders to scale a regional team.
• Coach and develop top performers around you.
• Uphold an elite sales culture on the field.
• Commit to ongoing personal development and leadership training.
• Travel for new launches and national events.
