Job summary

Sodexo Live!’s 1883 Provision Co. supports the Texas Athletics Nutrition Center at UT Austin in Austin, TX, providing nutrition services for student-athletes and managing an athlete-focused dining facility.

This role collaborates with food service staff to merge nutrition expertise with dining operations. The successful candidate will oversee menu labeling, nutrition education initiatives, and data-driven nutrition analysis while mentoring dietetic and culinary interns.

Qualifications

• RD credentialed with CDR and TX state licensure.
• Strong knowledge of performance nutrition and collegiate dietetics.
• Proven ability to engage and influence others on nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily meal service quality and labeling to meet standards.
• Assist with menu development for collegiate athletes.
• Be present at meals to address allergies and intolerance questions.
• Create sample display plates aligned with nutrition education goals.
• Develop and execute nutrition education initiatives and events.
• Lead nutrition messaging and labeling across facilities and social channels.
• Integrate Teamworks Nutrition data and ensure data accuracy.
