Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Lead Dietary Aide for UT Health San Antonio Multispecialty & Research Hosp. The role involves preparing and serving vibrant menus and maintaining a safe working environment for staff on-site.

You will greet customers, contribute to a positive mood, and support meal service operations. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating food service activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining punctual attendance.

• 1+ years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• May work in any type of food location on client premises and under the leadership of on-site management and/or supervisors.
• Coordinates the activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in food operations or services.
• Performs day-to-day assignments in addition to supervision duties.
• Works with customers to ensure satisfaction in areas such as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
