i9 Sports Chesterfield in Moseley, VA is seeking a part-time Soccer Coordinator to enhance the youth sports experience for players and coaches. The role involves hands-on involvement with practices and games across age groups, mentoring volunteer coaches, and ensuring safe, fun sessions.

You will observe, assess, and assist coaches, maintaining a positive attitude and delivering high-quality instruction while aligning with i9 Sports’ focus on fun, safety, and good sportsmanship.

Job Summary

The Sports Coordinator Soccer is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches. The Sports Coordinator will need to build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while making sure that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered. Observing, assessing, and assisting our coaches is paramount. The position entails hands‑on involvement with practices and games among all age groups and skill levels.

• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
• Assist coaches and teams with practices and drills to enhance learning
• Referee games on small‑sided fields to ensure player safety and enforcement of game rules for each sport
