Job summary

Empire Netting and Fence seeks a travel-driven installer to build large sports netting and fencing systems nationwide. You will read blueprints, operate hand and power tools, and join a team that values grit and integrity. Expect outdoor work, long hours, and leadership growth opportunities.

You’ll travel across the United States to install systems, read layouts, and maintain equipment while delivering quality workmanship with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• OSHA 10 and First Aid/CPR/AED certifications are a plus.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Travel approximately 75% of the time to sports venues across the United States.
• Install poles, cables, netting, fencing, and related systems.
• Work safely in a variety of weather conditions.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stay active throughout the workday.
• Maintain tools, equipment, vehicles, and trailers.
• Read tape measures and levels accurately.

What You'll Learn

• Installing large sports netting systems, fencing, and structural components
• Reading blueprints and project layouts

What You'll Be Doing

• Help keep jobsites organized and professional
• Work overtime and occasional weekends when projects require it

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus)
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working at heights, climbing ladders, lifting, bending, kneeling, and working outdoors
• Experience with construction or power tools is helpful, but not required
• OSHA 10 and First Aid/CPR/AED certifications are a plus
