Job summary

Elevo is seeking an energetic After-School Sports Coach to lead engaging activities for K–8 students using our SEL-based curriculum. You will partner with school staff to foster a safe, inclusive, and fun program environment and serve as a positive role model for students.

The role offers paid training, development opportunities, and a chance to impact students’ well-being and social skills in a community setting.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching, playing sports, working in education, or leading youth in any setting.
• Strong communication and behavior management skills.
• Ability to engage with groups of up to 20 students.

Responsibilities

• Lead K–8 students through structured, engaging activities and sports using Elevo’s curriculum.
• Manage group dynamics and support positive student behavior.
• Partner with school staff and fellow coaches to create a welcoming program environment.
• Show up consistently as a role model who helps students build confidence and social skills.
