Job summary

Elevo Learning is seeking an enthusiastic Elevo Coach to lead after-school activities for K–8 students in Ridgecrest, CA. You will implement Elevo’s curriculum, foster a positive group dynamic, and work with school staff to create a welcoming program environment after school hours.

The role requires coaching or youth leadership experience, the ability to engage multiple students, and a strong commitment to student well-being. Schedule aligns with after-school hours Mon–Fri.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or leading youth in any setting.
• Ability to engage up to 20 students in activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead K–8 students through structured, engaging activities and sports using Elevo’s curriculum.
• Manage group dynamics and support positive student behavior.
• Partner with school staff and fellow coaches to create a welcoming program environment.
