Job summary

Elevo Learning is seeking an energetic Sports Coach to lead middle school students in grades 3–8 through structured practices and skill-building activities.

You will plan, organize and conduct daily practices, teach fundamental sports skills, encourage teamwork and sportsmanship, and organize competitions to ensure inclusive participation. This seasonal role offers training and development within a mission-driven SEL program.

Qualifications

• Sports coaching experience required.
• Ability to plan and run structured practices.
• Strong teamwork and leadership in youth settings.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and conduct daily sports practices for students in grades 3–8.
• Teach and reinforce fundamental sports skills in traditional and non-traditional sports.
• Encourage teamwork, cooperation, and positive sportsmanship among participants.
• Prepare students for competitive games with emphasis on skill development, strategy, and rules.
• Organize and oversee competitions to ensure inclusive participation.
