Job summary

Thrive Spine and Sports Rehab in Eatontown, New Jersey, is seeking a Chiropractor to join our patient-centered care team. You will provide individualized, compassionate sports rehabilitation and recovery, working one-on-one with each patient to develop and implement tailored therapy plans.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, positive, and communicates well with diverse patients; you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes while maintaining a healthy work-life

Qualifications

• Must hold the required state license for occupational therapy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to improvement - both personal and professional
• The ability to stay positive and compassionate with patients

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients from many different backgrounds and compassionately discuss their health concerns and therapy needs
• Conduct evaluations and create a therapy plan specific to each patient that will help them meet their individual goals
• Work closely with other members of a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal patient care
• Maintain records of patient therapy and progress
