Marucci Sports is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team in Baton Rouge. The role supports in-house graphic design for marketing initiatives across digital and print media, ensuring brand consistency and storytelling through visuals.

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio in digital and print, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and 2+ years of related experience. Proficiency with video tools and photography is a plus, with a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic/Print Design or related field.
• 2+ years of related experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop print, packaging, email marketing, event signage, imagery, video, and collateral materials.
• Create graphics that are industry leading and align with brand guidance.
• Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining brand equity and execution quality.
• Collaborate with other designers to uphold standards.
• Provide design support for higher-level designers as needed.
