Job summary

Marucci Sports in Baton Rouge seeks a creative Graphic Designer to join the marketing team. You will deliver in-house graphic support across multiple brands, producing compelling visuals for digital and print campaigns.

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, advanced Mac proficiency, and expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Two years of related experience are required; video skills are a plus.

Qualifications

Strong portfolio in digital and print.
Advanced Mac proficiency; comfortable on Windows.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with Adobe Premiere and After Effects is a plus.
Photography experience is a plus.
Excellent eye for quality and detail.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
Knowledge of baseball rules is not required.

Responsibilities

Develop print, packaging, email marketing, event signage, imagery, video, and collateral materials.
Create graphics that are industry leading, trend right, and tell a story.
Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining brand equity.
Collaborate with designers to uphold brand standards.
Provide design support for higher-level designers as needed.
