Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Manager to lead daily operations at our Flagstaff location. You will supervise about 40 team members, hire and train staff, and create efficient schedules. You’ll ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards while driving guest satisfaction.

The role requires at least 1 year in restaurant leadership, strong communication, and a customer-service mindset. A flexible schedule, bonus potential, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of one year experience in restaurant management or supervision.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Successful completion of a background check
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Serv Safe certification recommended
• Ability to operate a variety of kitchen and restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervising approximately 40 team members and holding them accountable to duties and performance.
• Hiring, interviewing, onboarding, training, and developing hourly team members.
• Building team member schedules and uploading into scheduling software (HotSchedules).
• Enforcing company standards, policies, and compliance with laws.
• Managing tasks vital to operation of the sports bar.
• Ensuring compliance with beer and liquor licensing, wage, and hour laws.
• Conducting daily line and equipment checks and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation.
