Job summary

Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center is seeking an experienced Bartender for Bonnie and Clyde's Sports Bar. The role involves serving guests, maintaining bar cleanliness, and managing inventory and transactions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a high volume hotel bar or full service restaurant.
• Knowledge of a wide range of beverages, including craft beers, cocktails, and spirits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Valid TABC and Food Handlers certification
