• Assist authenticators within the office and during event setups.

In this role, you’ll work hands-on with some of the most exciting collectibles in the world, using our expertise to protect their value and preserve their legacy for fans and collectors alike.

TheAuthentication Team Memberat JSAsupports the authentication process for autographed items submitted by customers. Responsibilities include assisting with item submission at both events and in-office settings, managing submission forms, and ensuring the proper handling and return of items either by mail or direct pickup.

In this job you will:

• Process submissions for authentication, both in-office and at events.
• Support customers with form completion and submission tracking.
• Maintain and organize customer records.
• Ensure secure handling of customer's property.
• Travel to events, conventions, and trade shows across the U.S. to assist with on-site authentication processes.
• Assist authenticators within the office, and event setups.
• Responsible for processing orders into the POS systems.
