Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 1-3 months of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers on the sales floor with courtesy and a smile to make them feel welcomed.
• Engage with customers, identify needs, and promote Scheels Visa Credit Card.
• Grow personal sales by meeting set goals and upholding professional salesmanship standards.
• Create a positive end-user experience based on products purchased.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and assist with freight processing and inventory restocking.
• Attend Scheels product training and store meetings.
• Assist in training new associates in store knowledge.
• Navigate a PC and handheld inventory scanner; use Microsoft Office, Google Email/Docs, and AS400.
• Support leadership with additional duties as assigned.
