Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor with courtesy and a smile.
• Grow personal sales by meeting goals and upholding Scheels sales standards.
• Promote the Scheels Visa Rewards card and explain benefits clearly.
• Engage with customers to assist in buying decisions and demonstrate product usage.
• Attend product training and store meetings; maintain a professional appearance.
