Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Retail Associate for our busy Monroe, LA store. The role involves greeting customers, helping them select sporting goods and outdoor gear, maintaining displays, and driving store sales. Pay rate is $15.00 per hour, schedule Monday–Saturday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM.

The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and able to stand for extended periods. Prior retail or POS experience is preferred. We offer weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful.
• Ability to operate cash registers and follow store procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly assistance throughout their shopping experience.
• Assist customers in selecting sporting goods, outdoor equipment, apparel, footwear, and accessories.
• Learn product features to make informed recommendations and drive sales.
• Maintain clean, organized displays and ensure merch is properly stocked.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and handle returns or exchanges.
• Stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise as needed.
