Scheels in Rochester, MN is seeking a Full-Time Golf/Camping/Baseball Merchandiser to support store merchandising, restock, pricing, and display setup. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with 1–3 months of related experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Unload product from freight, tag, fold, hang, and price merchandise for display.
• Restock merchandise on the sales floor and bring products to the floor for display.
• Assist customers and sales associates with retrieving and loading purchased products.
• Follow the Line Leader checklist, walk-through notes, and merch guides to prioritize shop needs.
• Coordinate with Specialty Shop Managers and display teams on shop moves and mannequin placement.
• Maintain an orderly appearance with general cleaning and organization around store and back stock areas.
• Work independently and with the team; exercise judgment and tact with all levels.
