Job summary

SCHEELS Grand Forks is seeking a motivated team member to maintain and assemble store equipment, assist customers, and keep a clean, professional environment. You will handle bicycles, exercise machines, snowboards, skis, hockey gear, and other merchandise, provide safe equipment setup, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

Responsibilities include equipment maintenance, safe handling, accurate record-keeping, loading goods for customers, and promoting Scheels Visa rewards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and helping customers in a retail setting.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well in a team.
• Willingness to learn Scheels policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently provide maintenance and assembly of customer and store equipment (bicycles, exercise machines, skis, etc.).
• Safely refill CO2 and compressed air tanks for paintball markers.
• Maintain accurate records for store and customer equipment.
• Assist with delivering and loading equipment and merchandise at the store and to customer residences.
• Promote Scheels Visa Rewards card and explain benefits.
