Job summary

Blue Sky Utah is seeking a Sporting Clay Instructor to lead exceptional sporting clay experiences and other adventures at The Lodge at Blue Sky. This seasonal role also supports setup, maintenance, and various Ranch activities while assisting with guest transportation.

Candidates should have 2+ years of outdoor guiding and guest-service experience, be able to work mornings, evenings, and weekends, and hold First Aid/CPR (WFA/WFR preferred). A positive, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outdoor guiding experience are preferred.
• Early morning, late evening, and weekend work required.
• First Aid/CPR Training. WFA/WFR certification or greater preferred.
• A passion for outdoor adventures and events.
• Must thrive in a team environment.
• 2-3 years customer service, sales and/or hospitality and guest service experience.
• Professional appearance and demeanor with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude, resourceful nature, and problem-solving能力.
• Must work well under pressure with a heavy workload.
• Ability to maintain high-energy and pace in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather.
• Must be able to safely lift at least 50 lbs.

Join the team at Blue Sky Utah as a Sporting Clay Instructor.

This role is primarily focused on leading exceptional sporting clay experiences at Blue Sky, while also assisting with setup, maintenance, organization, trail work, etc.

In addition to guiding sporting clay experiences, you'll support the broader adventure program by assisting with other activities in our program.

This is a seasonal position with potential opportunities for year-round employment based on performance and business needs.
