Job summary

Loveland Ski Area in Georgetown, CO is seeking a Sport Shop – Valley Supervisor for the peak ski season. This full-time, seasonal role requires guiding daily operations, supervising sales associates and ski techs, and delivering outstanding guest service.

Expect a minimum 40-hour work week, weekend and holiday availability, and a pay range of $24.00-$29.00 per hour based on experience. Benefits include a season pass and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Past retail or customer service experience is required.
• A passion for skiing or snowboarding.
• Previous cash handling experience required.
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. up a flight of stairs at altitude.

• Supervising sales associates and ski techs of all daily responsibilities.

• Cash handling, auditing, reporting, transferring merchandise, inventory.
• Stocking, folding, merchandising sales floor and back stock areas.

Summary

Supervisors are responsible for the oversight of daily operations, sales associates and ski techs in the sport shops.

• Supervising sales associates and ski techs of all daily responsibilities.
• Excellent customer service.
