The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign invites applications for a nine-month, tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor position in Sport Management within the Department of Recreation, Sport and Tourism. Qualifications

• PhD in sport management or an affiliated field at time of appointment.
• Evidence of strong publication record in top-tier peer-reviewed journals.
• Ability to secure external research funding.
• Ability to teach undergraduate and graduate courses.
• Ability to mentor doctoral and master's students.

Responsabilités

• Conduct research in aspects of sport management (broadly defined).
• Build collaborative research partnerships across campus.
• Advise and direct student research including theses and dissertations.
• Instruct undergraduate and graduate courses.
• Contribute to department curriculum and service.
