Job Summary

The Sport Instructor is a hands-on role that will lead athletes and provide expert instruction in their designated sport. The Volunteer Coach is directly responsible for delivering the i9 Sports Experience and fostering a positive youth sports culture on the field.

Responsibilities

1. Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
2. Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values.
3. Communicate game day information to players and parents using established platforms.
4. Demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills consistently.

Qualifications

1. Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge.
2. Highly motivated self-starter; able to work independently.
3. Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends (for approximately 7 weeks).
4. Must pass a National Criminal Background Check.

Compensation: $16.50 per hour
