Job Summary

The Sport Instructor leads athletes and provides expert instruction in their designated sport, fostering a positive youth sports culture and delivering the i9 Sports Experience.

Responsibilities

1. Lead practice sessions emphasizing fundamentals, skill development, and fun
2. Teach core concepts and sportsmanship values
3. Communicate game day information to players and parents using established platforms
4. Maintain a positive attitude and deliver excellent customer service

Qualifications

1. Excellent communication skills
2. Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge
3. Self-motivated and able to work independently
4. Flexible schedule including weekends and some evenings for approximately 7 weeks
