Job summary

i9 Sports is seeking a Sports Instructor in Baytown to lead practices and provide expert instruction in designated sports, helping to foster a fun, safe youth sports culture on the field.

You will coach fundamentals, communicate game-day details to families, and exemplify sportsmanship values while delivering a positive experience for young athletes across the season.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and some evenings for the full season (approximately 7 weeks).

Responsibilities

• Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values.
• Communicate game day information to players and parents using established platforms.
• Maintain a positive attitude and provide superior customer service on and off the field.

Job Summary

The Sports Instructor is a hands-on role that will lead athletes and provides expert instruction in their designated sport. The Sports Instructor is directly responsible for providing the i9 Sports Experience and driving a positive youth sports culture on the field.

• With the help of established platforms, communicate game day information to players and parents
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
