Job summary

i9 Sports Corporation is seeking a hands-on Coach to lead athletes in our youth sports leagues. You will provide expert instruction, drive a positive on-field culture, and deliver the i9 Sports Experience to players and families.

You will teach fundamentals, communicate with parents, and demonstrate sportsmanship while maintaining a fun, safe, and supportive environment for kids ages 3-17 during the season.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge are essential.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Able to work weekends and some evenings for the season (~7 weeks).
• Must pass a National Criminal Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values.
• Communicate game-day information to players and parents with platforms provided.
• Maintain a positive attitude and deliver superior customer service on the field.

Job Summary

The Coach is a hands-on role that will lead athletes and provides expert instruction in their designated sport. The Coach is directly responsible for providing the i9 Sports Experience and driving a positive youth sports culture on the field.

• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
