Job Summary

The Sports Instructor is a hands‑on role that will lead athletes and provide expert instruction in their designated sport. The Sports Instructor is directly responsible for providing the i9 Sports Experience and driving a positive youth sports culture on the field.

Responsibilities

• Assist Volunteer Coaches in leading practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
• Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values.
• Help set up and break down program equipment at designated venue(s).
• Communicate game day information to coaches, players, and parents.
• Understand & enforce the i9 Sports rules books ensuring a fun, learning, and safety environment for all players.
• Keep time and score during the game.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.
