Sport Director - Volleyball - Part Time

Established in 2003, i9 Sports focuses on making sports fun for kids, offering leagues, camps, and clinics for children ages 3-17 in popular sports such as flag football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, and baseball.

Job Summary

The Volleyball Sport Director is both a hands-on role that leads athletes and provides expert instruction in volleyball, and a strategic position that impacts the development of our regional volleyball strategy. The Volleyball Director is responsible for providing the i9 Sports Experience and driving a positive youth sports culture at all sites.

Responsibilities
  • Train staff to lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
  • Teach and demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values.
  • Communicate game day information to players and parents.
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge.
  • Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently.
  • Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings.

Compensation: $28.00 per hour
