Job summary

Woodfield Boca Raton is seeking Sport Desk Attendants to provide professional services in our Tennis Pro Shop. We are looking for candidates with experience in sport operations, with excellent communication and service skills.

Must have computer skills and have a flexible schedule, willing to work weekends, evenings and holidays and able to work indoors and extended hours outdoors. This part-time position includes operating the Point of Sale system, completing daily reports, assisting members

Qualifications

• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work indoors and extended hours outdoors.
• Exceptional communication and hospitality skills.
• Previous experience in a sporting goods environment, preferred.
• Experience in CHELSEA Reservations System, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate Point of Sale system, complete daily reports.
• Help members in purchasing equipment and apparel and related items.
• Keep working area neat and tidy.
• Assist merchandiser with the display of merchandise.

The Sport Desk Attendant performs total member satisfaction duties including but not limited to: operate Point of Sale system, complete daily reports, help members in purchasing equipment and apparel and related items, keep working area neat and tidy and assist merchandiser with the display of merchandise.
