Established in 2003, our mission is to ensure that kids play organized sports primarily for fun, safety, and good sportsmanship.

Job Summary: The Sports Coordinator enhances the i9 Sports Experience by building relationships with players, parents, and coaches, and ensuring the delivery of quality instruction. Responsibilities include observing, assessing, and assisting coaches, and being actively involved in practices and games across all age groups and skill levels.

Responsibilities:

1. Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
2. Teach and demonstrate core sportsmanship values.
3. Supervise the overall operation of designated sport on game day.
4. Maintain a positive attitude and provide superior customer service.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and solve problems.
• Ability to ensure player safety and take charge of situations.
• Positive attitude and strong relationship-building skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and some evenings for the full season (approximately 7 weeks).
