i9 Sports in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Sports Coordinator to enhance the experience for players and coaches. You will build relationships with players, parents, and volunteer coaches while ensuring instructional aspects are delivered; you'll observe, assess, and assist coaches across age groups and skill levels.

You will empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions, teach core concepts of sportsmanship, and supervise game day operations with a focus on fun and safety.

Qualifications

• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge.
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently and solve problems.
• Awareness and ability to take charge to ensure the safety of players.

Job Summary

The Sports Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches. The Sports Coordinator will need to build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while making sure that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered. Observing, assessing, and assisting our coaches is paramount. The position entails hands-on involvement with practices and games among all age groups and skill levels.
