i9 Sports in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Sports Coordinator to enhance the experience for players and coaching staff. You will build relationships with players, parents, and coaches, observe and assist coaches, and participate hands-on with practices and games across ages and skill levels.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and customer service, requiring weekend and some evening work during the seven-week season.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge.
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently and solve problems.
• Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players.
• Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings for the full duration of the season (7 weeks).
