Job summary

i9 Sports is seeking a Sports Coordinator in Pataskala, OH to enhance the player and coach experience across activities for ages 3-17. You will build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while ensuring instructional components are delivered during practices and games.

You will observe, assess, and assist coaches, empowering them to deliver fundamentals with safety and enthusiasm. This role requires weekend/evening availability during the season.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills are essential for coordinating with players, parents, and coaches.
• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge are required to guide activities and ensure safety.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and solve problems on busy practice days.
• Awareness and ability to take charge of situations to ensure player safety during practices and games.

• Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions focused on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values.
• Supervise the overall operation of designated sport on game day.

Job Summary

The Sports Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches. The Sports Coordinator will need to build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while making sure that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered. Observing, assessing, and assisting our coaches is paramount. The position entails hands-on involvement with practices and games among all age groups and skill levels.
